Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley is 100% estate-grown from one of the five ranches we farm throughout Sonoma County. Hand-picked and gently de-stemmed, it undergoes fermentation in small, open-top fermenters, where we hand-punch the cap until the wine reaches perfect dryness. Afterward, it’s carefully racked into neutral French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation, then aged for a full 2 ½ years. The final racking is done by gravity, preserving its natural elegance.
This classic Cabernet bursts with rich aromas of cassis and chocolate, while subtle hints of cigar box and well-balanced tannins create a smooth, structured finish. It’s a wine that embodies both power and finesse, perfect for savoring now or aging for years to come.
